Chunky Potato Wedges

Serves: 4

Potatoes are my weakness and nothing beats homemade potato wedges. They are easy to make and so much yummier then shop bought ones. They soak up all those flavours and once you start eating them you want more!

What you need;

6 jacket potatoes
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs smoked paprika
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt
finely chopped rosemary (fresh)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

 

What you need to do;

1.Pre-heat your oven and tray on gas mark 7.

2.Wash and dry the potatoes.

3.Cut the potatoes into wedges.

4.Add all the ingredients to the potatoes and mix everything together until fully combined.

5. Brush some oil onto the baking tray and lay the wedges onto the tray. Make sure they are not placed on top of each other.

6. Bake in the oven on gas mark 7 for 40 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Turn the potato wedges over half way through cooking. 

Serve with my delicious lime, coriander & garlic dip.

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
