I made this dip in the summer while we were having a bbq to eat with our chunky potato wedges and keema kebab burgers.
It had a refreshing taste and is the perfect dip for those summer bbq.
What you need:
300ml Creme fraiche
1 garlic clove minced
1 tsp onion salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Finely chopped coriander
Mix everything together until all the ingredients are fully combined.
